This notice explains how personal data submitted through terminalweather.com is handled. Terminal Weather Services is a trading name used by Benjamin Linnet Enskild Firma, Stockholm, Sweden, which is the controller for this processing.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, organisation (if supplied), message and technical delivery information needed to prevent abuse and operate the form. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
Contact-form information is used to answer business enquiries, discuss data-provider evaluations and maintain necessary correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to relevant business communications. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Contact messages may be routed through the email-delivery service configured for the site. These suppliers process data on our behalf under their applicable data-processing terms. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside Sweden or the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards provided in those terms.
Retention and security
Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are normally retained for up to six months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active commercial discussion, contractual obligation or legal claim. We restrict administrative access, use encrypted transport and keep form-delivery credentials outside the public website files.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing of your personal data.
